Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Content With Tony, LLC ("Provider") issues refunds for purchases of the Stay At Home Marketer course and related programs ("Program"). This Policy is part of, and incorporated by reference into, the Terms and Conditions you agreed to at purchase.

1. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Stay at Home Marketer Program purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund. No reason is required. There is no exit survey, no follow-up call, and no friction.

We'd rather have students who actually want to be here than students stuck with a course they regret buying.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email tony@contentwithtony.com within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase date. Include:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The order number from your purchase confirmation (if available)
  • The subject line "Refund Request"

That's it. You do not need to explain your reason for requesting the refund.

We will confirm receipt of your request within two (2) business days. The refund itself will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

3. When the 7-Day Window Starts and Ends

The 7-day window begins on the date and time of your successful purchase, as recorded in our payment system. The window expires at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the seventh calendar day after purchase.

For example, if you purchase on Monday, May 4 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time, your refund window expires at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, May 11.

4. What Happens After a Refund Is Issued

Upon refund:

  • Your access to the Program will be revoked
  • Your account will be deactivated within 24 hours of the refund being processed
  • You will lose access to all course materials, deliverables, community spaces, and AI tools associated with the Program
  • Continued use of any downloaded Program materials after a refund is unauthorized and may constitute infringement of our intellectual property

5. Payment Plans

If you purchased on a payment plan and request a refund within the 7-day window:

  • All payments made up to the refund request will be returned in full
  • All future scheduled payments will be canceled
  • Your access will be revoked as described in Section 4

If you cancel a payment plan after the 7-day window has expired, future scheduled payments will continue per the original payment plan terms. Discontinuing payments after the window has closed places your account in default; see Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.

6. Processing Fees

We do not deduct processing fees from your refund. The full purchase amount you paid will be returned. Note that:

  • Currency conversion losses (if you paid in a non-USD currency) are not refundable, as those are determined by your bank
  • Payment-plan service fees are refunded along with the principal amount during the 7-day window

7. After the 7-Day Window

After the 7-day window has expired, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, regardless of:

  • Lack of progress through the Program
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Change in personal or financial circumstances
  • Failure to access or use the Program after purchase

We make this rule because the Program is digital and accessible immediately upon purchase. The 7-day window is intended to give you time to look around, watch a few lessons, and try the deliverables before committing.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us at tony@contentwithtony.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including processing a refund if eligible.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us and exhausting the refund procedures in this Policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke your access to the Program
  • Submit this Policy and your purchase record to your financial institution as evidence of the agreed refund procedure
  • Pursue collection of any successfully reversed charges, including reasonable costs

This section does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Gifts, Bonuses, and Promotions

If your purchase included free bonuses, promotional gifts, or third-party affiliate offers (such as access to other courses or tools), those bonuses are non-refundable on their own. If you receive a refund for the Program, related bonuses may be revoked at our discretion.

10. Account Termination Refunds

If your access to the Program is terminated by us due to violation of the Terms and Conditions or community guidelines, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of when the termination occurs.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on our website with an updated Effective Date. Changes apply to purchases made after the new Effective Date; purchases made before the change are governed by the version of this Policy in effect on the purchase date.
